Hello, hello & happy Tuesday! I have some exciting news!! Yes it’s true, I’m finally incorporating fitness into my blog! By no means am I a fitness expert but fitness is definitely a big part of my everyday life and something I really enjoy to do, so why not? I love wearing heels, having my nails polished, and all things girly but when it comes to the gym, I love getting low and sweaty! Because who said you can’t have the best of both worlds? 😀 Lifting weights is definitely my thing, especially on leg days! I love feeling the burn, sweating, and seeing those results #bootygainzzz. 😛
I go to the gym like it’s my duty (to please my booty, ha) even on bad days because I know once I leave that gym, I’ll feel better than when I walked in. Working out is so therapeutic; it puts me in a better mood, allows me to have more energy throughout the day since I am sleeping better at night, and overall good for my health. Aside from lifting weights, I prep meals for the week because what you consume is just as important, if you want results that is. Of course, I have my days that I just want pizza or Thai food (if you follow me on snap, you know this lol), but I am not perfect, I then know I have more miles waiting for me on that cardio machine.
So here ya go, hope you follow along & let me know if there’s anything you’d like to know or would like me to include in my fitness posts. I will be sharing what a week of workouts looks for me in my next post, so stay tuned! 😀
The least important thing but definitely important to me is being a fitshionista (fit fashionista) let’s make this a word! I. MUST. LOOK. CUTE! I’m not kidding, new gym clothes always motivates me more to go to the gym lol any one else?
I am obsessed with becoming a woman who is comfortable in her own skin.
A little progress each day adds up to big results.
